  It's location to the centre of Victoria. The TV cabinet and matching bed would have looked fab new

  The room interior was very old and used, the bathroom fittings definately in need of replacement including a wobbly tap and a very, very used plug (which may have been white 10 years ago!!)

  We liked the hotel room, the location was good. Our neighbours were noisy in the hallway, being situated beside the Stickey Wicket--which hosts 3 bars, probably added to the noise of our neighbours--security had to be called to stop the revelry. One more complaint, the police were going to be called.

  The location was very good for us. Staff told us the best bet of pasta restaurant. Besides, we can enter the club with no money!!

  Even thaough there are 4 different Bar/eating areas, you feel like an old friend who stopped by for a while no matter where you go in the hotel

  almost always stay here when in Victoria and no problems yet,,,except someone does empty the garbage bins at 5 am in the alley

  The hotel was right downtown and close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great.

  Excellent position, better price compared to other close by hotels, one of the front desk lady, Kara, was very helpful

  The hotel is not totally renewed, and as other reviewers said, there is a club next to it very very noisy. However, if you request in advance, the staff try to give you the best position room, relative to the club. The breakfast was poor, but at least included. I really didn't like the hot milk was not available (only cold) and the serving laidies were unfriendly

  Good location for the main sights and central to the area, clean comfortable easy to get to, adequate parking offered. Breakfast included more than adequate for setting you up for the day.

  The room was small and uncomfortable with no extras-hair dryer, coffee maker etc, that you would exspect . it was advertized as deluxe but nothing deluxe about it.
